The entire product consists of three sections: the insertion rod body, the annular anti-detachment retaining ring, and the striking end. They strictly conform to the hole diameter standards of JGJ16-2016 cuplock scaffolding specifications. The upright extension pin has a uniform rod diameter of 10mm, compatible with the pre-drilled locking hole of the upright connecting sleeve. The limit pin, paired with the sliding upper cup of the upright, has a retaining ring diameter larger than the cup lock opening, forming a physical anti-detachment limit to prevent the pin from falling off under construction vibration. The ends of the rod body are rounded and chamfered for smooth insertion into the sleeve locking hole without scratching the galvanized layer of the steel pipe's inner wall. The widened striking surface at the tail ensures even force distribution with the hammer, preventing chipping or cracking even after repeated hammering.
