In reality, if this connection is not secure, the stability of the entire formwork support will be compromised. The most common problems are: using wire binding, ordinary steel plate clamps, or even welding short steel bars on-site for positioning. These methods either fail to lock lateral forces or are difficult to remove during formwork dismantling; after a few uses, the clamps become misaligned or the threads slip, rendering the support unusable.

Our Scaffolding Beam Connector is designed for "quick assembly, smooth dismantling, and repeated reuse." It's not a multi-directional hinge with an overly complicated adjustment range; it's specifically designed to securely lock scaffold uprights (48/48.6mm) to the steel beam flange or distribution beam. It adapts to the flange widths of common H-beams and box beams, and can also be used with double-channel steel back braces. It's suitable for various scenarios such as early beam bottom dismantling, main and secondary beam overlap fixing, and temporary anchoring at cantilever ends. No open flame or leveling with sheet metal is required. Simply align the connector with the flange, insert the bolt, and tighten. One worker can easily operate it with one hand.

This Scaffolding Beam Connector is not a combination of stamped and welded thin plates. Instead, it is formed from a single piece of forged carbon steel billet and then CNC-milled with clamping grooves. The contact surface with the steel beam flange is large and flat, ensuring the locking force is evenly distributed across the contact surface, rather than pressing on a single sharp edge. The locking bolts are 8.8 grade high-strength bolts with rolled threads for a tight but not easily loosened engagement. Continuous vibrations during concrete pouring and pump pipe movement generally do not cause significant displacement. Disassembly is simple: just loosen it in the reverse direction to remove it, unlike welding or wire work which can damage components.

Rust prevention solutions are tailored to the specific project requirements: For projects frequently operating outdoors, in coastal or high-humidity areas, or for high-frequency turnover by rental companies, hot-dip galvanizing is recommended. This provides a 65-80μm zinc layer, covering screw holes and the inside of clamping seams, preventing water accumulation and rust buildup. For indoor dry operations or short-cycle projects, electroplating or oiling can be chosen to control costs. The unit weight is calculated, allowing for mixed shipping with disc buckle uprights and adjustable top supports, maximizing sea freight space utilization and making it suitable for rental companies to maintain regular inventory.

All processes, forging, heat treatment, machining, and galvanizing, are completed in our own workshop, without outsourcing. Before each batch leaves the warehouse, samples are randomly selected for anti-slip, tensile, and vibration simulation tests.
